After work today, I went hunting for edible mushrooms. I found this beautiful coral mushroom.
It's taste is described as mushroomey with a hint of shellfish and its texture when cooked is similar to crab meat. We shall see.
It's been unusually wet and cool so far this summer, causing an explosion of mushrooms to emerge.
